AMtech Announcement

Alan Griffith, President of AMtech, has supplied the following information:

Here is the box art for AMtech's forthcoming XP-40Q kits, and some screenshots of the 3D parts. We don’t have a date for when the kits will be ready as we are going to run smack dab into the Chinese New Year which is going to interrupt production. When we know availability and price we’ll be sure and let you know!

In addition to the totally-spurious-but-neat-looking “Big Beautiful Doll” markings, AMtech will of course be including the markings for the OD/NG sharkmouth and NMF real aircraft in its military release.

One more note about the XP-40Q: We’ve had some beautiful resin wheels done.

These will also fit the Hasegawa P-40N which, as everyone knows, has the wrong style of main wheel. We’ll let you know when we get our first shipment.
