MPM has kindly supplied the following images of the kit parts and information about the soon-to-be-released 1/72 scale Wellington Mk.III:

We would like to inform you about a next model being prepared by MPM Production.

The Wellington Mk.X cat. No.72100 that we had in our production plan for several years was bought by Italeri from us and it will be released by them in the beginning of 2007. In December this year MPM Production will release the MPM kit cat. No. 72542 Wellington Mk.III. This kit has a new fuselage, wings and other parts as against the original MPM kit No.72099 Wellington Mk.I. Some parts will be common with the Wellington Mk.X for Italeri.

On this page you can see photos of test shots. The new fuselage enables an alternative pasting of windows or parts imitating a cloth surface. The wing is made in the way to be able to glue different engine nacelles and it is considered not only for the MK.III version (MPM Production) and Mk.X (Italeri) but also for other versions preparing by MPM Production - MK.II with the in-line Merlin engines and Mk.IV with the American engine R-1830.

Other photos show rear sections of engine nacelles of Mk.X and Mk.III versions, different types of propellers and other details.
